Calling devices, network connections and door release
The entrance station sends a call to the configured indoor monitor or supported phone app. Compatible cameras may also be shown on selected panels; the number of views and controls depends on the panel and connected devices.
Door or gate release is a separate function requiring suitable hardware, a supported connection and authorised controls. A video call alone does not provide an entrance-release function.
Phone answering depends on equipment support, working internet, account permissions and phone notification settings. We confirm which screens and accounts should receive calls and test the included functions.

Widget layout and button compatibility
Widgets place selected information or shortcuts on the panel’s home screen. Available widgets, camera views and layouts depend on the exact model and its firmware, which is the software installed in the device.
The Button function demonstration illustrates configurable physical buttons on models that have them. Touch-only panels do not gain physical buttons through a software setting.
These interactive examples and manufacturer videos demonstrate possible functions. They do not control a real entrance or establish that every feature is included in your proposed equipment.
Connected living
Visitor calls and controls together.
Answer visitors and operate selected controls, such as compatible lighting, from an indoor panel. This demonstration shows possibilities; your quote confirms the supported functions.
Panel interfaces and supported smart controls
The manufacturer demonstration includes Matter, Airfly and RS-485 connections. These are different ways for compatible devices to communicate; support across the Android Series does not mean every panel has every interface.
We check the exact panel, firmware, connected device and required control before including an integration. Wireless range, gateways, local network access and account services may affect the proposed setup.
The quotation identifies the agreed functions. An indoor panel that answers an intercom does not automatically operate every light, gate, alarm or third-party smart device.

- Assess the entrance. We consider the visitor view, lighting, speech, cable routes and any existing equipment.
- Confirm the quote. Agree answering devices, account permissions, release functions and installation scope.
- Install and demonstrate. We test calls, video, speech and included release controls, then show you how to use them.
Phone answering needs compatible equipment, an app and working internet. A working indoor call does not, by itself, confirm calls reach your phone.
Can you upgrade my existing intercom?
We assess the current equipment, cabling and entrance hardware before recommending what can be retained. An existing screen, door station or lock may need replacement to support the requested functions.
What affects the installation price?
The entrance station, number of answering screens, cable access and any door or gate release work affect the quote. Tell us your priorities; you do not need to select a model first.
Your quotation confirms the model, connected equipment and included functions. Remote access requires working internet and the relevant account permissions.
